Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

At Opti Blue Guard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your blue light blocking glasses, you may return them for a refund or exchange within 30  days of receipt.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

      • The glasses must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.

      • The glasses must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories and documentation.

      • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the product.

    3. Return Process

    To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

        • Contact our customer support team at info@optiblueguard.com to request a return authorization.

        • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant information.

        • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

      4. Return Shipping

      You are responsible for shipping the returned product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.

      5. Refund Process

      Once we receive your returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 (ten only) business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

      6. Exclusions

      The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

          • Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

          • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party retailers.

        7. Restocking Fee

        Please note that a restocking fee of 8% may apply to returned products. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, restocking, and processing returned items. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

        8. Defective or Damaged Products

        If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately at  our email address info@optiblueguard.com   We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement product or issuing a refund.

        9. Product Warranty

        Our blue light blocking glasses come with a two months warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues with your glasses during the warranty period, please contact us for assistance. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
